Barry & Suzanne Harrington began Harrington House Realtors in 1995.

Barry has been a licensed real estate Broker since 1978.  Barry successfully worked as an insurance salesman and as a mortgage loan officer, both for 8 years.  It is important to him that his client's personal and real estate needs are met.  He is a master "Networker", delighting in introducing his clients to the appropriate persons to fulfill their personal, business, and their real estate needs.  Thereby making his client's transition to a new home successful in many personal areas of their lives.

Suzanne is a Dallas Native.  She was a dental hygienist for 8 years prior to her real estate career.  She began and continued as a residential real estate Top Producer salesman with a high dollar firm for 18 years.  Suzanne has been a Certified Relocation Specialist since 1980 successfully relocating executives from throughout the nation to the Dallas Metroplex.  She has been listed twice in the Top 25 Producers in Dallas County.  She was the Top Producer for her previous high dollar firm.  She once sold the most expensive multiple listing property to that date, $4,500,000.  She has faithfully served on the Contracts and Multiple Listing Committees for the Multiple Listing Association in Dallas.

Together they hold the designations of Accredited Buyer Representatives (ABR) and are members of The MetroTex Association of Realtors, The Multiple Listing Service (MLS), National Association of Realtors (NAR), Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), The Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC) and have been recognized by D Magazine as Best REALTORS® in Dallas for 2005 & 2006.
